Be Honest With Yourself. Is this you?
You've been cycling through the same few programs for years. You finish one, search for another, start it, get bored, and repeat. Progress happens in loops instead of lines
You want to get stronger, more flexible or work on things like handstands and bodyweight skills but you can't find a single program that covers all of it, so nothing gets properly trained.
You've bought individual programs scattered across different platforms and folders. None of them talk to each other. None of them fit together. You're patching a plan together and hoping it works.
Your schedule isn't the same every week. A rigid 5-day program written for someone else's life constantly falls apart the moment yours gets busy. You spend more time adjusting than training.
You're paying a PT just to have the structure and accountability, not because you need someone to count your reps.
That feels like an expensive solution to a simple problem.

The fitness industry sells you one thing at a time, forever.
Here's why that model doesn't serve people who want to move well
across multiple disciplines.
A strength program treats flexibility as irrelevant. A mobility program ignores strength. A handstand course assumes that's all you want to do. Real human bodies don't work like that — and neither should your training.
You buy a flexibility course here, a strength program there, a mobility guide somewhere else. They don't share a philosophy. They don't complement each other. You're spending more, getting less, and doing the integration work yourself.
The big fitness apps are built to keep you engaged, not necessarily to progress you. The programming is generic by design, because they're serving millions of people at once. That's the opposite of how good coaching works.

This is every program, forever, for £5 a week.
I toured the world as a professional acrobat, which meant spending years pushing my body to extremes and then dealing with the consequences when serious injuries forced me to stop.
The recovery was harder than the injuries, because the fitness industry at the time had no real answers for what I was dealing with.
That experience drove me to understand how the body actually works, strength, flexibility, the nervous system, balance, and how all of it connects.
I spent years studying and invested thousands on mentors who really knew their stuff. The result is a coaching philosophy that covers the full picture of human movement, not just one corner of it.
Every program in The Roadmap comes from that background. 20+ years of working with 1,000's of clients across 20 countries, from Olympians to people who just want to move without pain. They're not theoretical. They're tested, refined, and built to work.
The Roadmap is my way of putting everything I know into one place — and making it accessible to everyone

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I really just mix sessions from different programs?
Yes — that's a core part of how The Roadmap works. Each program is built from individual training days that you can combine however suits you. Want to do Strength three days a week and Mobility twice? Do that. Want to follow the Flexibility program in full and add one Strongman day? Do that too. The programs are designed by someone who understands how these disciplines complement each other, so mixing them isn't just permitted — it's encouraged.
I'm a complete beginner. Are these programs accessible?
Yes. Every program in The Roadmap starts from the beginning. You don't need to be able to do a handstand to start the handstand program, that's the whole point of it. You don't need to be strong to start the strength program. I build progressions that meet you where you are and take you somewhere meaningful, regardless of where that starting point is.
I only have 3 days a week to train. Is that enough?
Absolutely. Part of why the mix-and-match scheduling exists is exactly this. You build a week using the number of days you actually have, not the number a generic program assumes you have. Three well-chosen training days will do more for you than five inconsistent ones.
Do I need a gym, or can I train at home?
It depends on the program. Strength and Strongman training generally requires equipment. Handstands, splits, flexibility, mobility, nervous system rehab, and balance can all be done with minimal or no equipment at all. If you train at home, there's plenty here for you. If you have a full gym, there's even more.
What if I want direct coaching from Gareth on top of this?
The Roadmap is a program library — it gives you every program Gareth has built, structured and ready to follow. If you want personalised 1:1 coaching where Gareth builds a program specifically around you and you get direct access to him, that's a separate offering. Both are available — they serve different needs at different price points.
How often are new programs added?
Gareth adds programs as he builds them — there's no fixed schedule, but he's continuously developing new content. Every new program that gets added is included in your existing subscription at no extra cost. You're not buying a snapshot of what exists today — you're buying into everything that gets built.
Is £29.99 actually the whole price? No hidden tiers?
That's the price. Every program, every new addition, no tiers, no premium unlocks, no upsell waiting on the other side. Gareth built The Roadmap specifically because proper training resources shouldn't cost what a gym membership plus multiple individual programs costs. £29.99 a month is what it costs. That's it.
I'm in my 60's/70's, am I too old for this?
Not at all! We have members in their 70s seeing amazing results. In fact, older adults often experience the most dramatic improvements since they have more movement restrictions to address.
I'm not very flexible is that ok?
Yes! Don’t worry, trying to get flexible before starting a mobility program is like trying to learn to drive before your first driving lesson!
And on the flip side, if you are too flexible then there are programs also designed to develop control, add more stability, and build confidence in your body!
